We retry for ~7 days while your account stays in 'past due' status — alerts and AI advice keep working that whole time. After the grace period the subscription cancels automatically. We send you 3 reminder emails before that happens.
Yes — one payment, ours-forever Boop+ on your account. If we ever shut Boop down (we won't), we commit to either a refund or a clear data-export path (your choice).
