Yes — non-profit shelters and rescues get full workspace features free, including bulk CSV intake, adoption-handoff links, and discounted bulk tag pricing. Email shelter@boop.pet to get verified.
Only if the pet's owner explicitly grants the clinic access (per pet). Owners revoke any time. Clinic staff search by name or tag slug, and only see consented patients.
From the shelter dashboard, intake the pet (single or bulk CSV). When you adopt them out, hit 'Transfer'; we email the adopter a one-use link. They click, sign in, accept — the pet's ownership moves to their household and the tag follows. No re-tagging.
